What is PuTTY?

PuTTY is free and open source Windows application that provides secure connection to Unix.
This application which does not need set up can be worked with double click after downloaded to Windows.
When you write IP of the unix system in a Host Name area and 22 to port area and then click to Open button.After these steps, log in screen appears on the screen. After entering username and password unix system can be managed by authority of the connected user.

Before opening connection by using same method mentioned above, it can be saved via Save button with writing some relevant explanation for this connection to the Saved Session area. This process will provide you with time saving for further use.
